Coral Springs Courtyard - Coral Springs

The path leads up the hill and into a large cobblestoned courtyard surrounded by four buildings. In the center of the courtyard is a greenspace, landscaped with flowers that spell out Coral Springs. In the center of the greenspace is a large statue, a memorial to the lives that were lost during the attack on the previous school. In the distance the tip of a lighthouse can ben seen. Between the buildings is a view of the ocean. It seems the school has been built on the tallest cliff of the island and has a lovely view of the open ocean to the southeast.
With the view between the buildings it almost seems like you can take to the skies and FLY. Maybe if you had wings, or some other way to FLY you could.

It is a summer night. The weather is hot and fair.

Besa laughs, both he and Ronan are standing near the monument. "Perhaps Bob is your arch nemesis?" But then his mouth closes trying to not laugh, He's not going to call anyone a drama queen! "Koga? I think he is a good person." Strange, but good.

Boredom, the bane of Dylan. He had been mostly good, until the boredom got too great, so he has decided that he would take a look about the campus. Even though he isn't doing anything wrong, Dylan can't help but to feel like he is not suppose to be here, so he is practically sneaking around campus. That's when he notices one of the few people that he actually knows here.

"He and I got a bad start since he threatened Ashton. Anyway, I should be going, I have something I need to get done." Ronan says in that thick brogue of his as he begins walking away. "I will catch ye again later Besa. Slan agat!" He calls out the last bit as he waves and manages to not fall after tripping over his own two feet again.

Besa nods, "That whole situation is…complicated. Do not hold it against him." He folds his arms, letting his right hand rub the bandage softly. "We will speak later, yes." The other teen is smiles at as eh leaves, before turning back to look at the monument.

Dylan watches the other boy leave before he moves closer. At first he doesn't interrupt Besa as he looks at the memorial statue. Instead of walking over to beside Besa, he just skips over there, suddenly appearing about two feet away. "Hey."

Besa's still not used to Dylan just showing up and he gives a small start, "Oh!" He turns and looks up at the teen. "Hello Tom!" He smiles, his arms dropping to his sides, "Are you finding everything well? Did you find the food fine?"

While there is a small smile, showing his amusement, surprising Besa wasn't really his intention. Dylan nods slightly, "I guess.." He nods, "I did. That wasn't necessary, but I appreciate it." He reaches up and combs his hair back from his face. "This place is frellin' huge… I've seen colleges with small campuses.?

Besa takes a deep breath, "Yes…it is bigger than the old school…" He glances again at the monument before turning to face Dylan. "Of course it is. I do not wish you to be hungry!" He shuffles a foot before smiling up at him again, "Is there anything you'd like to see? We can explore if you wish."

Dylan cocks his head, "So what's up with the statue?" He looks at Besa, with a slight grin, "Are you asking me to explore with you?" He chuckles just softly for a second, "Nah… Nothing in particular… well, more like I wouldn't know where to begin."

Besa glances back to the statue, "The school was attacked by… velociraptors from another dimension. This is for the ….fallen students." He wets his lips, motioning to the plaque, "Aidan was my friend." He looks back, smiling back to Dylan, "If you would like, yes? I know there is a snack bar somewhere….and an arts room! It is very nice!"

Dylan's smile fades a bit. "Sorry about your friend…" He is quiet for a moment. He then smiles slightly and nods. "Lead the way… to .. to where ever you like." He pauses, "And you don't have to worry about me being hungry… I'm used to eating when I can. Trust me, missing a few meals ain't gonna kill me."

"Thank you. He was very fun to be around. He burped fire." Ah, Aidan. That's what you're going to be remembered for. Besa starts walking towards the patio, Cocoa follows close by, slicking by his leg. "I have been trying to eat more. I am hopefully for a growth leap soon." He raises an eyebrow, "I think you should eat more. We have food. And tea and the soda pop." He remembers Dylan seems to like that, right?

Dylan smirks at the description of his late friend. "He sounds like he could be a riot." He moves to keep up with Besa, moving so that Cocoa is between the two boys. He reaches down idly and offers the dog a slight scritch. Dylan raises an eyebrow slightly at the 'eating more' remark, but he doesn't comment. He smirks, "I could go for a Dr. Pepper, I guess."

Besa nods, although most people would not describe Aidan as such, "He was kind. I wish I had been with him, I may have been able to protect him." Or save him. Cocoa glance up to Dylan, tail wagging gently. She seems to like the teen, he's nice like the twins are. "There are …machines around. I can give you the coin for them. I can not use them myself." Stupid curse. Stupid double curse! "Have you spoken to your grandmother today to let her know you are safe?"

Dylan smiles, listening as Besa continues to talk about Aidan. He shakes his head, "Don't worry about me and the money… I have some money that I earned when I was working for Marko, and no. I haven't.. I try not to worry her about that… she doesn't know the kind of trouble that I was involved in." As they walk, he asks Dylan about Aidan and their friendship.
